Confidence Log

Confidence isn’t a feeling you wait for — it’s a case you build. Your brain keeps a highlight reel of your mistakes. This log is the counter: real proof, stacked up, that you can read back before you compete.

Your log lives only on this device — nothing is sent or shared. Clear your browser and it’s gone, so screenshot the card now and then.

1

Log a piece of evidence

An action you took — not a result. “Served tough down 20–23” is evidence. “We won” isn’t yours to keep.

Tag it if you want — it helps you see what kind of proof you’re stacking.

2

Your case file

CASE FILE · 0 ENTRIES

Nothing logged yet. One entry after every practice builds a case fast.

Before a big match: read your last five out loud. Evidence beats reassurance — “you’ve got this” fades, but proof holds up.
This is a performance tool, not therapy — it builds match-day confidence, it doesn’t treat what’s underneath. If your confidence is gone and nothing rebuilds it, or the self-criticism won’t quiet down, that’s worth saying out loud to someone you trust — a parent, coach, or counselor. The Athlete Support page is there too.
