Professional Statement

I am a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with experience working with individuals and families across a range of settings, including public schools, residential programs, community-based programs, and hospitals.

I specialize in comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3–22. My work focuses on helping families gain clarity around learning, attention, and social-emotional functioning — particularly in cases where a student is struggling but the reasons are not fully clear.

My approach is grounded in building collaborative, trusting relationships and understanding the full context of each individual’s strengths, skills, and areas for growth. I take a comprehensive, client-centered perspective that integrates cognitive, academic, and emotional functioning to provide a clear and meaningful understanding of what is going on and how best to support it.

Evaluations are designed to go beyond diagnosis alone. My goal is for families to leave the process with a deeper understanding of their child, along with practical, actionable recommendations that can be used at school, at home, and in future planning.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy volunteering in my community, trying new food, cooking, indulging in sweets, playing video games, playing ice hockey, and exploring with my dog.
